Conducted by Aysha Talhouni.

The participants began by uncovering the habitual ways they respond to stress, & how early life experiences impact their sense of personal authority. They also look at the role of anger in developing healthy individuality, & how healthy expressions of anger lead to clarity, will power, & healthy boundaries.

They used art & experiential exercises to deepen into the ‘felt sense’ & learn how to use their body’s non-verbal source of inner knowing to arrive at what is called ‘Authentic Boundaries’. Boundaries that are anchored in the body instead of the mind gives opportunities to be flexible, spontaneous, & free. They put others at ease & help build genuine connections based on authentic presence, safety, & open dialogue.
